An online credit shop allows purchases to be done with the use of international credit cards. For buying something on credit in virtual stores, the customer will be required to provide his billing address and card details.

For those who are residing in the same country, aside from the card’s details, the shipping address may also be required if in case, the customer has opted to have the product delivered right to his doorstep. Processing credit card transactions may also be done in real time. The costumer may know at once if his purchase via credit card is approved or not before logging off from the store’s website.

The purchased items will be shipped to the consumer’s address. Drop shipping may also be used in some instances. This means that the products will be passed to a third party who would handle the delivery.

In some cases, the costumers pick up the goods from the actual store after placing their orders online. On the other hand, products such as software, music, films or images can be downloaded after the payment has been done.
